1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the RAC vehicle history check service. By purchasing a report you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. The Service

RAC provides vehicle history information sourced from approved data providers. The data is provided for informational purposes only.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, RAC cannot guarantee that the information is complete or up to date at the time of your search.

3. Payment

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Payment must be made in full before a report is generated. Reports are non-refundable once generated.

4. Limitation of Liability

RAC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information contained in a vehicle history report, beyond the amount paid for that report.
